Wilstar Security Solutions: Two-Step Verification
Some players may ask what I should do if I lose or want to unlink the mobile device linked to my account. The passage provided the solusion for your easy reference.
For players, you can unlink the authenticator at any time by logging in to Account Management and proceeding to the Security section. Please note that to log in while two-step verification is configured on your account, you will need to have access to your mobile device.
If you want to unlink your authenticator but no longer have access to your mobile device and do not have the CODE (highlighted in the screenshot above) you can now unlink your authenticator without having to contact support. To do so, please follow the steps below:
Step 1.Click on the Manage link next to 2-Step Verification
Step 2. On the next page you will click on the “Remove” button as shown below
Step 3. On the page where it asks you to enter your 6-digit Verification code you will then click on the link “Lost 6-digit Verification Code?”
Step4. After clicking on the link you will then be sent an email to the registered email on file that contains a new 6-digit Verification code. You will enter this new code in the box provided and click "Verify."
Step5. After clicking OK you are now free to add a new 2FA device to your account!
